An inability to kill teams off has cost Manchester United a number of times this term – especially at home – leaving them scrapping for a top-four place.

But Young, who wore the captain's armband, admits he was far from surprised by the outcome as he could feel such a performance had been coming.
"We have felt that kind of performance coming," the 31-year-old winger said. "There have been a lot of draws at home.

"We have belief in ourselves. I have confidence in every single player in the squad.
