Fosu-Mensah has made seven appearances for Manchester United this season.
He broke into the first-team last term when the club were experiencing an injury crisis under former manager Louis van Gaal.
And the 19-year-old has admitted he wishes he could have played for Ajax’s historic side 22 years ago.

Tim Fosu-Mensah has praised Ajax's historic Champions League winning side
Ajax won the Champions League under Louis van Gaal in 1995
“The Ajax team that won the Champions League in 1995,” he told United's official website when asked about who he wishes he could play for.
“Or all the teams of Manchester United that won those trophies under Sir Alex Ferguson.”
Ajax won Europe’s biggest competition under Van Gaal back in 1995.

The Dutch side was then home to promising youngsters such as Edwin van der Sar, Clarence Seedorf and Patrick Kluivert.
All three players would go on to go down in history as football legends while Van Gaal would go on to experience spells in charge of Barcelona, AZ Alkmaar, Bayern Munich and United respectively.
