The survivor explained to hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford that she went to pick up her child from the gig with Wendy Fawell when terror struck.
Caroline explained: "We'd separated. I think she was only yards away when it happened. She was going one way and I was going a different way so we didn't miss the kids.
"I don't remember anything. We were stood there one minute and then I woke up and I couldn't see Wendy anywhere.

Caroline explained that she made a promise to Wendy before she died that if anything should happen to either of them, they would look after each other's children.
She told the hosts that Wendy's daughter Charlotte is always welcome at her house.
