Alex McLeish would be open to Rangers return
Rangers are currently in the market for a new manager following the departure of Mark Warburton, who left the Scottish club on Friday.
Express Sport understands McLeish is the favourite for the Gers hot seat on a temporary basis – and the Scot insists he would be interested.
The 58-year-old spent four-and-a-half years at the Ibrox before leaving in 2006, guiding Rangers to the treble in 2003.

McLeish says he would find it difficult to turn down the chance to replace Warburton, who departed with Rangers sitting third in the Scottish Premiership.
But Rangers are yet to approach McLeish about the vacant position.
McLeish was at Ibrox today as a pundit for Rangers' cup clash with Morton but claims his visit is purely coincidental.

"Obviously there’s a lot of speculation. At the moment there’s nothing I can update you on.
"I’m a Rangers man so you obviously have to keep that in consideration. When you get asked to join a club like Rangers it’s obviously a hard offer to turn down."
