Herrera became a key part of Jose Mourinho's side in the manager's first campaign with Manchester United, helping them win three pieces of silverware.
The Spaniard's form has seen him be linked with a return to Spain three years after leaving, with Barcelona said to be keen on signing him.
A move to Barcelona would reunite Herrera with Ernesto Valverde, who managed him at Athletic Bilbao.
But the 27-year-old is pleased with how his career in England has gone so far and isn't keen on ending it just yet.
