Ibrahimovic enjoyed a fine season at Manchester United, scoring 28 goals across all competitions after signing from Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer.
However, he missed out on their Europa League final win over Ajax after sustaining a serious knee injury against Anderlecht last month.
At the time, the extent of his injury plunged his career into doubt, with many left fearing whether the 35-year-old would ever grace the field again.
Ibrahimovic was seen hobbling around on the pitch after the club's win over Ajax, ditching his crutches in order to join in with the celebrations.
And the veteran has now shared a video of him kicking a football, hinting he could return from injury ahead of schedule.

"The tough will never disappear," he said.
"Lions don't recover like humans."
The video comes just hours after agent Mino Raiola hinted his client could be set to stay at Old Trafford.
"Oh, yes. He wants to stay in England he wants to stay at the top and if he sees that he can be a valuable asset for Manchester United, then why not Manchester United?" he told talkSPORT.

"He can be a valuable asset for some other top clubs also.
"But I think it is respectful to talk to Manchester United and to see what all parties want."
Express Sport understands United are chasing two strikers regardless of whether Ibrahimovic extends his stay with the club.
Atletico Madrid hitman Antoine Griezmann and Everton star Romelu Lukaku are both on their radar.
