And the Portuguese is plotting a triple £72m raid on Monaco to land Bakayoko, Sidibe and Mendy.
Defensive midfielder Bakayoko is a top target for Mourinho, who wants a long-term replacement for Michael Carrick.
But Chelsea are also interested in the 22-year-old, who recently earned his first cap for France.
Mourinho also likes Monaco full-backs Sidibe, 24, and Mendy, 22, who can also operate as wing-backs.
