Jose Mourinho has once again lamented the club’s decision to sell Javier Hernandez.
The Mexico international was flogged to Bayer Leverkusen by Louis van Gaal in 2015.
And the Portuguese tactician reckons Hernandez would have 20 Premier League goals this season if he were managing him.
“We have some players that are not really players in love with the goal,” he said.

I think Chicharito [Hernandez] would have 20 goals easy
“They are good players, they are creative players, they can create but, naturally, they are not the kind of guy that is a killer.
“I give a simple example. In the way we play at Old Trafford, in the way we dominate opponents, in the way we play in the box, I think Chicharito [Hernandez] would have 20 goals easy.”
United are reportedly leading the chase to sign Benfica defender Victor Lindelof.
The 22-year-old was heavily linked with a move to the Red Devils in January, but he ended up extending his contract with Benfica for another four years.
Ronaldinho came close to joining Manchester United in 2003
It is said Mourinho wants to sign Lindelof in the summer.
Ronaldinho has revealed how he close he came to signing for United.
The Brazilian superstar nearly joined the Manchester outfit in 2003, but chose Barcelona instead due to his friendship with the Catalan giants’ former president Sandro Rosell.
Reflecting on the failed switch, Ronaldinho told Four Four Two: “Yes, I could have played for another club, but I went to Barcelona because of my friendship with Sandro Rosell. I could have played for Manchester United.
“My brother was already studying what I would do after PSG. I was a World Cup winner then, and that opened a lot of doors.
“But when Sandro was elected, I had the chance to see the club and the city, and the choice became easy.”
