Joe Hart looks set to join West Ham on loan
The England international has been looking for a new club after they signed goalkeeper Ederson from Benfica for £34.7m which all but ended his Etihad career.
Hart spent last season at Serie A side Torino and wanted to make a permanent exit from City.
But the 30-year-old appears set to join West Ham on a season-long loan.
Hart posted an image of himself on a Virgin Train with the caption: "On route to the next adventure."
And it's thought Hart is travelling to London before undergoing a medical tomorrow.

Joe Hart won't be signing for Torino, but where is he most likely to go?
He will become West Ham's first signing of the summer which will be a relief Slaven Bilic, who is under pressure to improve on last season's 11th place finish.
Hart will also hope to regain his form and guarantee the England number one jersey ahead of the World Cup next summer.
And speaking last month, Hart admitted he faces a battle to hold onto his place.

“I am not a robot. Sometimes I do have thoughts about it [the uncertainty]. But there is nothing to get down about.
“It’s another exciting adventure, another move, the next step in my career, the next challenge for me personally. I love personal challenges. I have never shied away from one and I don’t intend to now.”
