Leon Osman believes Pep Guardiola must learn from Man Utd's treatment of David de Gea
That is according to pundit and former Premier League star Leon Osman.
Ederson, 23, looks set to become the world's most expensive goalkeeper by signing for Manchester City from Benfica for almost £35million in the coming days.
Osman believes Guardiola must learn from how Manchester United treated David de Gea during his early days at the club.
De Gea initially struggled at Old Trafford but was helped by a solid defence under Sir Alex Ferguson.

Osman admits it's difficult to adapt to English football for a goalkeeper and thinks Guardiola must help him as much as he can.
"It is (difficult), absolutely," he said on BBC Radio 5 Live.
"De Gea, who's gone on to be the best goalkeeper in the Premier League at the moment, was a bit shaky at first.
"I think what Pep Guardiola needs to do is to get a top class defence in front of this goalkeeper.
