The 25-year-old striker is a long-term target for Arsenal and West Ham.
And Lacazette this week revealed he is ready to finally quit the Ligue 1 club in the summer.
According to French newspaper L’Equipe, Lyon value their goalscorer at £60million.
West Ham were rebuffed last summer as Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas claimed they rejected an offer in excess of £40m.

A bid just below £30m from Arsenal was also turned down at the start of the season, but Lacazette will now pull rank it seems and target a new project.
But as they made clear last summer, Lyon will not allow Lacazette to go for less than his hefty price-tag, leaving only Europe’s elite realistically capable of landing the France international.
“If Barcelona or Manchester United one day make an offer commensurate with what Alex is worth to our club, no-one will stand in his way,” Aulas said.

Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann is Manchester United's priority in the summer transfer window
“Alex has wanted to play in a great club and Lyon does not object. We are perfectly in line.”
Manchester United are on the look out for a world-class hitman with Antoine Griezmann at the top of Jose Mourinho’s wishlist.
While the Red Devils have not pursued Lacazette in the transfer market, any potential failure to land Atletico Madrid's star man could turn their attentions to Lyon's available forward.

Arsene Wenger failed in a move to sign Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon last summer
Arsenal’s alternative signing last summer in attack, Lucas Perez, has not made the needed impact up front.
And with Alexius Sanchez’s future still undecided at the Emirates, Arsene Wenger could make another move for Lacazette.
Slaven Bilic would still want a top quality striker after Simone Zaza flopped in east London, but West Ham are a far more unlikely destination.
