The 52-year-old – who hit headlines when people noticed that she had been wearing the same purple snake print blouse and choker over and over again – dished the dirt on her "experiment" as she joined Ruth Langsford, Penny Lancaster and Jane Moore on today's show.
As Ruth opened today's Loose Women by saying that Nadia had been getting an awful lot of attention recently, she replied: "It's not me, it's the fact that I've been wearing this same shirt for eight appearances in a row.
"The shirt and the choker. This choker was actually a strap on a Karen Millen bag."
Going on to explain the whole thing and admitting that the whole team had been involved from the start, Nadia continued: "We had Judge Rinder on [the show] and he said he'd worn the same outfit for every interview he'd done on TV.
"We said we could never do that, so we said 'let's just see'."

We weren't allowed to tell people and that's why some are a bit cross.
However, Nadia said that despite the original plan being to continue the experiment for a little while longer, she said that people had taken the whole thing far too seriously, with some social networkers dubbing her a "sustainability goddess".
The presenter went on: "A lot of people were like 'something is going on here,' but we weren't allowed to tell them. And that's why some people are a bit cross.
"Someone DM'ed me to say 'you're expecting a baby' so it's got to stop."
Nadia finished up by saying that she's got so attached to the ensemble, that she's going to be "sad to see the top go".
