Counter-terrorism officers recorded one suspect from the extremist cell discussing how to use YouTube videos which will make a terrorist attack "easy to do", the Telegraph reports.
Investigators allegedly monitored the extremist cell based in Barking weeks before the attack on Saturday night occurred, which left seven people dead.

The suspect went on to describe the plot which would involve mowing down pedestrians and then getting out of the vehicle to attack others, the newspaper added.
Another alleged suspect reportedly said the intended method was to “use a car as a weapon” and boasted that he had radicalised more than a dozen “students” in Barking “wanting to martyr themselves”.
He said, according to the Telegraph: “YouTube videos all make it properly easy to do.”

A neighbour of a different attacker said she reported him to Barking police two years ago after he began “brainwashing” her children at a local park.
She said she became alarmed when two of her children came home and told her: “Mummy I want to become a Muslim.”

The suspects were confronted and shot by police at Borough Market within eight minutes of the first call being made.
Police were called at around 10.08pm to reports of a vehicle striking pedestrians on London Bridge.
Attackers brought carnage to the streets of London, stabbing a police officer and revellers with 12-inch knives, reportedly shouting "this is for Allah".
