7.25am: Steve Gerrard says Jurgen Klopp has the draw factor needed to bring the best players in the world to Liverpool.
Klopp secured the Reds a return to the Champions League for next season.
The Reds are working hard on deals, although Klopp has conceded they are not on the verge of signing any of their targets.
And Gerrard told the Liverpool Echo Klopp will get his men.
“If I’m a top player around Europe and Jurgen picks the phone up and I get offered the chance to play for this club, which is moving forward in every single department and has a world class manager leading it, I’d be jumping at that opportunity,” he said.
“I want to play for him and I am 37 next week! For me, it’s such an exciting project. Not just because we qualified for the Champions League but the whole project.
“The next three, four, five, six years, whatever it turns out to be, are going to be very exciting and players will want to be a part of what Jurgen is doing.”

7am: Liverpool are not interested in signing Iker Casillas and have responded with surprise at being linked to the goalkeeper.
Liverpool were said to have signed pre-contract terms with Spaniard Casillas this summer.
The former Real Madrid star is out of contract after leaving Porto at the end of this season.
But the Liverpool Echo report that the Reds have no intention of doing a deal.
Casillas, 36, is seeking a new club but he won't be heading to Anfield.
Despite calls from a large section of Liverpool's support base, manager Jurgen Klopp is keen to keep Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius at the club.
Neither goalkeeper has greatly impressed this season but Klopp remains faithful in his shot-stoppers.
