Liverpool recorded a 1-0 victory over Plymouth in their third round FA Cup replay last night courtesy of a Lucas Leiva header.
Jurgen Klopp named a fairly inexperienced side against the League Two outfit, although star players Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge made the starting XI.
Only Trent Alexander-Arnold and Divock Origi retained their places from the weekend draw against Manchester United.

If I would always let the same players play, I would be a real idiot. I don’t do it.
Jurgen Klopp
Klopp, who received some criticism for his youthful team selection in the first tie against Plymouth at Anfield, insists he must give players a chance to rest and also youngsters the opportunity to impress.
“I named, again, the team I could name. That’s what I always do,” he said.
“Only you judge it as stronger or weaker, I don’t do this. It’s all about who is available. When I have all available, then I can maybe decide about stronger or weaker.

“But if they are not all available, in our situation in the league is the case… we now play Saturday, then Wednesday, then Saturday, then Tuesday.
“If I would always let the same players play, I would be a real idiot. I don’t do it. So, that was the team for today. We will see who we can line up on Saturday.”
Liverpool host Championship outfit Wolves in the next round of the competition on January 28.
Before that though, Klopp and his men will turn their attention to Saturday’s Premier League clash with Swansea (12.30pm).
