Alan Stubbs says Liverpool are envious of Everton's transfer business
Ronald Koeman has been extremely busy in the transfer window, bringing in six players, spending almost £100million in the process on the likes of Jordan Pickford, Michael Keane and Wayne Rooney.
Everton are to lose Romelu Lukaku though, with the striker set to join Manchester United imminently after undergoing a medical in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Across Stanley Park, Liverpool have only brought in two players, with young Chelsea striker Dominic Solanke and Mohamed Salah from Roma coming in.
Stubbs is pleased his old club have completed lots of their business early and thinks Reds supporters will be envious of their deals.

I think Liverpool are looking over here envious at what Everton are doing at the moment
Alan Stubbs on Everton's transfer business
"I think the biggest thing for me is that they've done quite a lot of their dealings before even Romelu had gone," Stubbs said on Sky Sports.
"Whether some people might turn round and say that they've done that because they knew Romelu was going to go.
"But believe me, in years gone by Everton wouldn't have done this. They would have waited for the money to come in before they did it.
Alan Stubbs is pleased Everton have moved quickly in the transfer market
"I think since the new owners came in, I think he's really got Everton fans on their seats, they're really excited.
"The chairman, Bill (Kenwright), is doing a lot of business behind the scenes.
"For me it makes a change because normally we always see transfer business across the park first.
"Now, I think they are looking over here envious at what Everton are doing at the moment."
