Spurs have won just one of their last 19 visits to Anfield and lost to Liverpool 2-1 in the EFL Cup on Merseyside back in October.
But while the Reds are yet to win a Premier League game in 2017, Spurs have claimed 14 points from a possible 18 since the New Year to move second in the table.

Spurs have to go there with a positive attitude
And King is confident his former club can maintain their impressive run of form.
"The record's not great up there but I feel with Liverpool struggling at the moment and Tottenham, being very confident playing away from home, should go there looking to put Liverpool under pressure from the off," King told talkSPORT.
"I feel Spurs have to go there with a positive attitude, put the Liverpool players under pressure, get an early goal and see how they react to that.
