The 35-year-old admitted that she was literally under the weather, after returning from Scotland with as sore throat, which garnered little sympathy from her cruel co-host Ben Shephard.
"Was that Laura? I thought it was Barry White!" the mischievous father-of-two teased after his croaky co-star warned fans about the cold weather.
Even Laura took to Twitter to hit back at her GMB team, posting: “Stop laughing at me @CharlotteHawkns @benshephard and @kategarraway I'm ill!
"I've got honey and lemon and will hopefully be less Barry White later!"

Viewers at home were also hysterical over Laura and her refurbished vocal chords, and didn’t hesitate to mock the presenter on Twitter.
One giggled: “GMB has me crying laughing this morning! get well soon,” before another jester tickled: “Sorry lovely Laura but nearly threw up my eggs laughing when Barry White kicked in… Soldier on lady.”
Though, others blamed ITV for Laura’s illness, with one fuming: “I blame the producers of @GMB for @Lauratobin1 's voice… they stuck her on the roof of the itv building during that thick fog!”
