Raheem Sterling suffered a back injury during England's win over Lithuania
Sterling came off after an hour of England’s 2-0 win over Lithuania at Wembley on Sunday.
The 22-year-old picked up a back problem but is expected to be fully fit for City’s visit to Arsenal on Sunday (4pm).
Sterling did not feature in England’s 1-0 defeat to Germany last week.

Sterling has shone under Guardiola this season, scoring nine goals in 38 appearances.

Sterling is likely to start against Arsenal, which would come as a blow to beleagured boss Arsene Wenger.
Wenger’s men will be dealt a hammer blow to their top-four hopes should they lose in Manchester, currently sitting in sixth, six points off Liverpool in fourth.
Arsenal do have two games in hand on the Reds, but have won just three times in their last nine matches.
