Zinedine Zidane's Real Madrid take on Massimiliano Allegri's Juventus, looking to become the first side to win the current competition back-to-back.
The Old Lady have not had their hands on the trophy since 1996, having lost four finals, including to Barcelona in 2015, since then.
Dutch legend Seedorf can only see one goal in the game in Cardiff, and after winning the tournament with Real in 1998, is hoping they create history.
"The key is to make sure you don't give space away for the counter attack for Juventus," he said on BT Sport.

Clarence Seedorf on the Champions League final
"I think Zidane knows the team very well, he knows the Italian way of thinking and playing.

"I definitely expect that and I hope to be wrong but I think we will only see one goal.
"A lot of fighting in the midfield, a tough game, with tactics.
