Nemanja Matic wants to leave Chelsea amid Juventus and Man Utd interest
The Premier League champions will leave Matic and Diego Costa behind when they embark on their pre-season tour to China and Singapore on Monday, as the pair try to sort out their futures.
Juventus sold defender Leonardo Bonucci to AC Milan yesterday in a move that netted the Italian champions £38m and they are now ready to spend some of that cash on Matic, who wants to leave Chelsea.
His non-inclusion in the tour party is a clear sign by manager Antonio Conte that he expects the Serb midfielder to move on, with Chelsea set to complete the £39.7m signing of Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko last night.
Matic is also keen on a move to Manchester United, whose manager Jose Mourinho has wanted a reunion with the player, but Chelsea are still reluctant to sell to a direct rival and a move to Juventus could suit sides both better, with Chelsea still in negotiations with the Italian club for £60m wing back back Alex Sandro.
Chelsea are hoping to use Matic as leverage in the Sandro deal, with Juventus having been keen on the midfielder since last summer. Inter Milan are also interested.

Chelsea trained with plenty of squad players out to impress Antonio Conte
Costa remains in Brazil after being excused from returning for pre-season training this week with the rest of the squad, as talks continue over his return to Atletico Madrid.
Another player not set to travel on Monday is defender Kurt Zouma, as he finalises a loan move away from Chelsea, with Stoke the favourites to land him.
Eden Hazard is expected to continue his rehabilitation from ankle surgery in London.
Chelsea are also locked in talks with Real Madrid for a £35m move for Brazilian fullback Danilo.
