Moussa Dembele is expected to stay at Celtic
“Chelsea’s offer is there but was well below the expectations of the Scottish club.

“The player probably won't leave Celtic to find himself on the bench for the Blues. [He is in] no hurry, has good advice, will take his time.
“Moussa Dembele's likely departure this summer: PSG/MU priority. Patrick Kluivert and Olivier Letang [PSG directors] have contacted his agent this week.”
And when one user tweeted Menai suggesting Chelsea never made a bid for Dembele, she replied: “Oh yes they did.”
