Jose Mourinho spent around £150m after taking over at United last summer, bringing Paul Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Eric Bailly and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to the club.
Manchester United boss Mourinho does not intend to make any signings in January despite allowing Morgan Schneiderlin join Everton and with Memphis Depay on the verge of joining Lyon.
But Mourinho is planning to spend big this summer with Atletico Madrid star Griezmann and Monaco ace Silva top of his wishlist.

Antoine Griezmann and Bernardo Silva are both targets for Manchester United
The MailOnline say Griezmann is likely to be available for around £80m as atletico contemplate major player sells to offset loans they have taken out to build a new stadium.
And when asked about the 25-year-old, Atletico boss Diego Simeone offered no guarantees over his future.
“I don’t tie anybody down. I simply work in order to continue getting better for the good of the club.
“He [Griezmann] is in an extraordinary moment. He is working well, he has got back on the score sheet. He is currently in great form and it’s normal that the top clubs in the world want him.
“I’m not surprised that those that can afford him are seeking him.”
