Jose Aldo was reinstated as UFC featherweight champion after Conor McGregor was stripped
Aldo successfully defended his UFC featherweight title seven times before Conor McGregor inflicted only the second defeat of his career in December 2015.
But McGregor has been granted a boxing licence in California and is eyeing a massive boxing clash with unbeaten fighter Floyd Mayweather.
And while Aldo has once again been promoted to featherweight champion after McGregor was stripped for inactivity, he has now revealed that he wants to follow the Irishman into boxing.
