Hart, 30, spent last season on loan at Torino after being ousted by Pep Guardiola.
The England No 1 made 36 Serie A appearances for the Italian side as they finished ninth.
He now looks set to return to Manchester City but is destined to leave the club this summer with Guardiola having no plans of keeping at the Etihad.
A host of Premier League clubs have been linked with the shot-stopper including Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, West Ham and Everton.

But Seaman admits he would be happy to see the former Birmingham City keeper at Arsenal despite claiming that the presence of Petr Cech could put him off from joining.
"Top clubs will be after [Hart] but it's going to be a chain reaction because there's all the speculation about David de Gea, whether he goes to Real Madrid or not," Seaman told Ominisport.
"If that happens there'll be movement and at the moment it's hard to see where Joe might end up, but if he came to Arsenal I'd be quite happy with that.

"But I don't think that would be the position that Joe's looking for you know, to be in competition with someone. I think he wants to go to a club and be their number one."
Hart is currently on international duty with the Three Lions preparing for the 2018 World Cup qualifier against Scotland.
Arsenal have already been busy in the transfer window with Sead Kolasinac officially agreeing to join from Schalke on July 1.
