Hart has spent the last nine months on loan at Serie A side Torino after Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola made him third choice when he arrived at the Etihad.
He has confirmed he will be returning to his parent club now that his temporary spell away has come to an end.
But, with Guardiola looking to sign Benfica No.1 Ederson in a potential world record fee for a goalkeeper, his future looks away from the club he's been at for over a decade.
Liverpool have been linked with a move for him despite a solid end of season for Simon Mignolet.

Parlour suggests he would be an improvement for the Reds but doesn't think he would be ahead of Petr Cech if he went to Arsenal.
"There isn't (a way back) at City no, he's not going to be a No.2 is he?" he said on talkSPORT.
"He needs to go to a club now, I hope he comes back to the Premier League.
