Diego Costa's future at Chelsea has been up in arms this past week after a training ground bust-up with Antonio Conte.
Tianjin Quanjian reportedly wanted to offer the striker £576,000-a-week to tempt him in joining the Chinese Super League.
Reports have suggested Chelsea are trying to tie him down to a new five-year deal but Express Sport understands Costa will look to push through a move in the summer.
And Carragher has voiced his concerns if the Spain international opts to follow in Oscar and Carlos Tevez's footsteps by moving to the Chinese Super League.

Jamie Carragher is worried if Diego Costa leaves for China it could start a trend
"I think it's turning a lot of players' heads," Carragher told LFCTV.
"You don't begrudge anyone towards the end of their career going somewhere to make a few quid. But for someone like Costa, that's worrying for everyone really because we don't want to be losing our best players.
"But also when you think of the mentality of the players. If some of them are going at that age, I think it's wrong.
"The best years of your career are coming ahead and then you're only going over there for the money."

But Carragher pointed out that English football began throwing money around at the beginning of the Premier League – much like China are currently doing.
He added: "We should also remember, that's also one of the reasons a lot of foreign players are over here. Certainly when the premier league started, they all came here for the money. Before it was Serie A.
"So it's just whether The Chinese League can ever become one of the mainstream leagues, which I think will be very difficult for them ever to do."
