Roxy died on New Years Day in a tragic accident that saw her and her sister Ronnie (Samantha Womack) drown just hours after Ronnie's wedding to Jack Branning (Scott Maslen).
On Thursday night, EastEnders viewers saw the emotional scenes leading up to the Mitchell sisters' funeral.
Although Jack was seen saying goodbye to his wife Ronnie at the funeral parlour, Roxy's body was not shown.

Later in the episode, Phil got a mystery phone call and told his wife Sharon (Letitia Dean) that it was a wrong number.
However, when he later phoned the number back, it was clear he knew the caller which prompted viewers to speculate that it was in fact Roxy.
"Hello, i saw your missed call, why are you ringing so late," Phil asked the caller.
He then continued: "Okay, alright calm down. Of course I'll see you. Alright, I'll meet you there."

Viewers are speculating that Roxy is in fact alive
Fans took to Twitter to debate whether the Mitchell sister was in fact alive.
"Why do I have a weird feeling that Roxy is still alive because we haven't even seen her body we have only seen Ronnie's," one person wrote, while others also predicted that the secret caller was the apparently deceased Roxy.
Others, however have simply slammed the writers for focusing too much on Ronnie and leaving Roxy out.
Some EastEnders fans are angry at the lack of focus on Roxy's death
Viewers are divided as to whether Roxy is in fact alive or just left out
One person said: "Roxy must have had about three mentions since she died 3 weeks ago," while another pointed out: "Notice how it was all about Ronnie and Jack. Like has #eastenders completely forgot that they also killed off Roxy?"
Fans of the BBC soap are not strangers to characters being brought back from the dead.
Last year, Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) returned 15 years after she supposedly died in a car accident.
EastEnders continues Monday at 8pm on BBC One.
