The MEP fumed over Lord Neuberger’s claims that the media’s treatment of judges was unfair, as the Supreme Court President slashed politicians for not protecting the judiciary.
Nigel Farage was enraged over the comments made by the judge as he argued that the British public must be able to hold the judiciary to account.
However, a caller fired into the LBC host claiming that the judges were perfectly acceptable to interpret the law and shouldn’t have been criticised for their ruling.
The pair squabbled as the former Ukip leader criticised a High Court judge for making his personal opinion known surrounding the ruling.
Next Farage described how he felt the court were wrong to uphold the decision as he turned quickly turned his attention to the Supreme Court.
Farage got into a fiery debate with a caller over the judges in Britain and their accountability
He said: “There’s a difference between having a private opinion, and being a public campaigner for something.
“I am going to go further in my criticism here and let me tell you why I feel strongly about this and actually now I will criticise Lord Neuberger himself.
“After that High Court judgement, and the decision that it would go to the Supreme Court, Ukip the only party I this country that has believed and campaigned for Brexit, and without whom, I don’t think anybody thinks there would have been a referendum.
“We Adrian made an application to the Supreme Court to put our case, to put our point of law which very simply would have been, that as the Treaty of Rome, came into being, using royal prerogative, surely the same should apply here.

“Do you know what? The Supreme Court refused to take us.”
The fiery caller snapped back asking whether the party applied to the lower courts before Farage insisted that they didn’t want to waste money.
After claiming that Farage’s reasoning “wasn’t good enough” the host then exploded bashing both the caller and the Supreme Court.
He finished: “And I am questioning, do you know what? I am questioning the genuine independence of our Supreme Court.
“If they weren’t prepared to take a deposition from the one political party who had a real interest in Brexit and had done for nearly 25 years.”

Lord Neuberger blasted politicians for not jumping to protect the judiciary before he attacked the media for their comments made about the Article 50 ruling.
He said: “After the [High] Court hearing. I think they could have been quicker and clearer. But we all learn by experience, whether politicians or judges.
“I think some of what was said was undermining the rule of law.”
Farage however finished arguing that the judiciary still needed to be held to account.
He said: “Yes, the independence of our judiciary is crucial… But we must be able to criticise judges, and let’s televise our courts and make them more accountable!”
