Hull manager Marco Silva has confirmed his interest in Bailey
"We need to do what is our best for this window but we need for this position and for the other positions to do something in the last week of the market."
It is claimed Silva is in the market to sign Bailey as a potential replacement for wantaway midfielder Robert Snodgrass.
Reports claim the Scotland international, who rejected the chance to extend his contract at the KCOM Stadium, looks set to sign for Burnley after a £10million bid was accepted.

However, Bailey will not be cheap with Genk director Dimitri de Conde insisting that he will cost somewhere between £17m and £21m.
"We'll fight to keep them here until the end of this season, but that is no easy task,” De Conde told Belgian outlet HLN.
“If mega bids, by Belgian standards, are made, then we cannot reject it, and if the boys also feel ready for a step up then it will be very difficult to keep them in Genk. I must be ready with alternatives.

Who could Jose Mourinho sign in January?
"In the category of players 20 or under, then these boys are absolutely top talents, so I think a fee of between £17m and £21m is certainly warranted.
“The ideal scenario would be that we reach a deal in January with the interested clubs but the guys say here for the rest of the season. I’ll do that if I can.”
Bailey has scored eight goals in made 35 appearances for Genk this season and is contracted to the club until 2020.
