Alfonso Pedraza has reportedly successfully completed his Leeds medical
Alfonso Pedraza is a product of the Villarreal academy and has been on loan with Spanish second-tier side Deportivo Lugo this term.
The 20-year-old has had his loan spell cut short with the Spanish side and is now reportedly on the brink of signing for Leeds.
And according to Spanish newspaper El Progreso, Pedraza has now completed a medical with the Championship side.
Alfonso Pedraza reportedly has an £8.5million clause in his contract
Repors say Villarreal have agreed to pay Deportivo Lugo £250,000 compensation for terminating Pedraza's loan deal early in order to finalise his move to Leeds.
Spanish newspaper AS Diairo revealed yesterday the winger will move to Elland Road on an initial loan with the option to make the move permanent in the summer.
There is said to be a clause in Pedraza's contract which states he will join Leeds for £8.5million which may be linked to them successfully earning promotion to the Premier League.
