David Wagner wants to keep Liverpool loanee Danny Ward at Huddersfield
Ward joined Huddersfield on a season-long loan last summer and played a crucial part in the Terriers' promotion to the Premier League.
The Wales international saved two spot-kicks in Huddersfield's play-off semi-finals penalty shootout with Sheffield Wednesday earlier this month and another one in today's final at Wembley.
And Wagner, who worked with Klopp during his four years at Borussia Dortmund, is hoping to work out a deal with the Liverpool boss to hold onto Ward in the Premier League.

“I think I have a lot of calls to do," Wagner said when asked if he will look to keep Ward at Huddersfield.
"This is maybe why I don’t want to get my head around it because I know how much work is ahead of me.
“There are a few phone calls and I will speak with Jurgen [Klopp] for sure, not only about Danny but about everything that happens.
"Let’s give me some time to get my head around it."

Wagner admits he would also like to keep Manchester City loanee Aaron Mooy at the John Smith's Stadium next season.
The Australia international has been key for Huddersfield this season – scoring four goals and providing 10 assists – and is said to have attracted interest from Newcastle, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace.
Wagner added: “He is another phone call. I would like to have all of my players with me next season. Whether it is possible we will see.”
