The ITV duo were discussing an upcoming segment, which would look at natural ways of whitening your teeth, when the innuendo was made.
Phillip was sitting with the coconuts on his lap, when he began to play with them and giggled: "There's something fun about coconuts."
While his co-host tried to keep a straight face, she couldn't help but laugh along with the 54-year-old.
She told him: "I think it's funny because they've given you a pair. They only needed to give you one."

Holly had barely finished her sentence when she realised what she had said and burst into laughter.
Trying to recover from the funny blip, Phillip told viewers that he was actually playing with the fruit because they were one of the ways viewers could whiten their teeth.
While the pastor insisted the executive order was necessary to ensure the safety of American citizens, explaining: "I think we need to remember how he became President. I helped promote his agenda in the campaign, which stated America first.
