The new Hearthstone expansion may have been leaked early
While we’re still quite far out from the usual time we see a new Hearthstone expansion launch, it appears that new information may have been leaked early.
Hearthstone expansion news this week points to the first of this year being called: “Lost Secrets of Un’Goro,” and featuring a lot of dinosaur cards.
The leak comes from a resume for voice actress Lani Minella, where Hearthstone: Lost Secrets of Un’Goro is listed as part of her voice work portfolio.
These include the characters Golakka Crawler, Pterodactyl, Anklesaur, Hydra and Brontosaurus and also shows that the work was done for Blizzard Entertainment.
While these names seem a little less fantastical than usual, it’s likely that they are just placeholder names, with the official ones yet to have been decided.
It’s difficult to say if this latest Hearthstone news will prove 100% true, although Minella is known to have done voice work for the franchise in the past.
The Un’Goro Crater is an area found in the southern parts of World of Warcraft, boasting some top dino enemies and little else in terms of human habitation.
Here’s the description cooked up WoWwiki: “Lush Un'Goro Crater ("God Lands" in the Qiraji language) lies at the southern part of Southern Kalimdor, between Tanaris, Silithus and Uldum.

EA really needs to re-release the Mass Effect Trilogy
“Although the area is almost completely isolated from the rest of the world and sandwiched between three deserts, the region is filled with exotic plant life and even more exotic creatures. Ranging from peaceful earth elementals to raging devilsaurs, the locals are not to be trifled with.
“The pylons on the ridges of the crater defy explanation, despite close examination. They could mark where the titans might reappear during their second visit to Azeroth, a visitation supported by holograms in both Uldaman and the front of Uldum.
“These pylons could also share the same purpose as the pillars in Sholazar Basin, too. The Avatar of Freya, the Lifewarden, mentions that Un'Goro is a similar place to Sholazar, where the titans were performing experiments to create new life forms in Azeroth.”
Whatever the next Hearthstone expansion proves to be, it’s likely that we will some of the top cards from the League of Explorers, Grand Tournament, and Blackrock Mountain leaving the standard rotation and being added to the Wild section.
