GTA 5 Online Gunrunning first images released
UPDATE ONE: First details of the new GTA 5 Online Gunrunning update has been released by Rockstar today.
Coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC in June, the Gunrunning update will include new weaponised vehicles to buy and properties to occupy.
"Dotted throughout Blaine County are hatches – look into these mysterious properties on the Maze Bank Foreclosure site and you’ll find sprawling underground headquarters for sale, ready to be stocked with new military grade vehicles and weapons manufacturing equipment capable of developing highly sought after offensive and defensive technologies.
"As the residents of Los Santos know, the only thing more fun than crime is profit and should you choose to invest in this new business, some extremely shady customers are ready to pay top dollar for what you can deliver.
The new Gunrunning update will also include "massive tactical, full-service Mobile Operation Centers," that boast their own weapon upgrades and deep customisation options.
Rockstar say they will release more on the subject, including full release date, in the coming weeks.

New GTA 5 Online update are coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC
While apparently not connected, it appears that GTA 5 Online is to continue receiving multiplayer content past the already-confirmed summer release, while Rockstar fans wait for Red Dead Redemption 2’s release.
GTA 5 Online for PS4, Xbox One and PC will see a big release this summer in the form of the Gun Runner update.
So far this is the only thing that Rockstar have said about the new Gun Runner update: “Stock up and bunker down as you take on the craziest militias across the state of San Andreas in another massive update for GTA Online.
“Featuring brand new weaponized vehicles and exciting new missions, get ready to fight for supremacy in the illegal arms trade and wage war with the latest in high-powered military hardware.”
The information suggests that some new weapons, as well as outfits and other items will also be included in the new GTA 5 Online update.
But having revealed a roadmap at the start of the year, it appeared that things would slow down for GTA 5 Online once Red Dead Redemption 2 had arrived.

However, Rockstar’s parent-publisher, Take-Two Interactive, made several announcements today, one including big news for GTA Online.
During a company's earnings report, CEO Strauss Zelnick confirmed that the title continued to "outperform [Take-Two's] expectations during the fourth quarter quarter as they have in every period since they released.”
Zelnick also added that year-over-year growth in recurrent spending is still moving at an impressive pace, with "much more" still planned in terms of future updates.
It’s understandable that Take-Two would want to see more content created for GTA 5 Online, not only have they seen a big gap open in their release schedule but they also have a game that keeps selling well.
It was revealed today that GTA 5 has now shipped 80 million units worldwide and it looks like 5m more copies were sold between now and February.

Fans are still waiting to hear more about Rockstar’s future plans, it was hoped that something would be announced for the Gun Runner update this week, although just when this new announcement will be made is currently unclear.
It follows the news that Red Dead Redemption 2 will now launch in Spring 2018, with the earliest possible date being in April.
Speaking about the Red Dead Redemption 2 delay, Rockstar commented: “Red Dead Redemption 2 is now set to launch Spring 2018 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
“This outlaw epic set across the vast and unforgiving American heartland will be the first Rockstar game created from the ground up for the latest generation of console hardware, and some extra time is necessary to ensure that we can deliver the best experience possible for our fans.
“We are very sorry for any disappointment this delay causes, but we are firm believers in delivering a game only when it is ready.
“We are really excited to bring you more details about the game this summer. In the meantime, please enjoy this selection of new screenshots from the world of Red Dead Redemption 2.”
