Google Pixel XL is currently sold-out in the UK and US
Google Pixel is an outstanding smartphone.
So, it's no surprise that the larger 5.5inch variant of the Pixel, dubbed Google Pixel XL, is now sold-out in the online Google Play Store in the United States and UK.
Google Pixel is the first smartphone to be designed and made by US search company Google.
Express.co.uk reviewed the phone last year and found that the hardware was well-built, and the software was friendly enough to make anyone feel at home with Android OS.
Google Pixel is the US search firm's most serious attempt yet at competing head-to-head with the Apple iPhone.

Express.co.uk approached Google to find out about the stock shortages.
Unfortunately, the Google spokesperson was unable to tell us an ETA for new UK stock.
However the spokesperson told Express.co.uk that the demand for the Pixel XL has "exceeded our expectations."
The full statement reads: "We’re thrilled to see the excitement for our new Pixel phones, and frankly demand has exceeded our expectations.
"We’re restocking our inventory on an ongoing basis."
