Juventus take on Real Madrid in the Champions League final on Saturday in Cardiff (7.45pm).
Ramos will be tasked with keeping Higuain quiet, and the pair know each other very well having spent seven years together at the Bernabeu.
Higuain netted 24 Serie A goals for the champions this term, who could complete an amazing treble if they beat Real.
And the Argentine has revealed he still has a lot of affection for Ramos.
“Let's hope Ramos doesn't score in the 90th minute,” Higuain said.

“I have a lot of affection for him and his family and we still send each other messages.”
Explaining what it will be like to come up against his former club in the final, Higuain added: “Football sometimes places you in situations like this one where I will face Real Madrid in the final.
“The fact that I played for Real earlier in my career adds some extra intrigue to the game for me personally but I can't stress how much I want to win the Champions League for Juventus.
“It will be evenly matched. I'm expecting a very difficult game – they are used to playing these kind of games.
“I was there for seven years and I know that very well, but we want to bring this trophy which Juve have been pursuing for years home.”
