The Ghost Recon Wildlands beta has now ended, will Ubisoft launch another before release date?
The Ghost Recon Wildlands beta appears to have proved a popular trial, with many users looking to grab a key before today’s end date.
The easiest way was to try and grab one off someone who had already been confirmed a key, each signed-up participant was then given three key codes to share for themselves.
And now that the official trial has been completed, fans will be looking to see if a bigger Ghost Recon Wildlands Open Beta is set to be announced by Ubisoft.
Other titles in the Tom Clancy collection produced by the publisher have followed similar routes, with The Division also given both a closed and open beta trial period.
No plans have currently been announced, however, it seems likely that something will be announced before the Ghost Recon Wildlands release date on March 7.

The Ghost Recon Wildlands Beta begins on February 3
It would make a lot of sense to allow players the chance to try out the game, as with most heavily multiplayer experiences, it’s questionable whether Ubisoft will be providing review codes before launch.
During the recent beta, players were able to travel solo or team up with up to three friends in co-op and use a variety of vehicles, weapons, and equipment available to the Ghosts.
A Ubisoft community manager recently commented on some feedback from the beta, which focused on how his runthrough didn’t seem to hold many consequences as he could just respawn and run back into a firefight.
“You have to keep in mind that the beta area was one of the lower difficulty areas,” the Ubisoft community manager replied.
“As you get into more difficult zones, a more tactical approach will be rewarded.
“Granted the game doesn't force you to play in any one particular playstyle, but as you go on, the more tactical you are, the less potential headache you're setting yourself up for.
Set in the largest, open world ever created by Ubisoft, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands takes place in Bolivia, a few years from now, as the country has been turned by the vicious Santa Blanca drug cartel into a narco-state.
During the events of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, the Ghosts arrive in Bolivia undercover, without official support from the US government.
In the eyes of the world, they do not exist. However, the Ghosts are highly trained in covert ops, capable of operating in extremely hostile environments.
They analyse their surroundings and act in concert looting weapons, mods, resources, and intel to become a lethal army of four.
