Chelsea stormed the league last year with Antonio Conte leading the Blues to glory in his first season in charge.
Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho endured difficult starts in the league with Manchester City and Manchester United respectively, but the Portuguese boss did enjoy success in the EFL Cup and Europa League.
However, with both Manchester clubs spending big during the transfer window, former Red Devil Neville reckons the trophy is bound to go to one of the two.
And he reckons champions Chelsea could struggle with the return of Champions League football at Stamford Bridge next term.

"So, whoever has the best relationship, the best contacts and is willing to put the money in will probably do it."
The Premier League season gets underway on Friday August 11 when Arsenal host Leicester at the Emirates (7.45pm).
