Bradley's parents confirmed the tragic news today
Yesterday Bradley’s parents revealed he was "very poorly and weak but still fighting on".
He was diagnosed with cancer at just 18-months-old but managed to fight on for a further four and a half years.
The young sports fan had struck up a close friendship with footballer Jermain Defoe, who last night broke down in a press conference when talking about the time they spent together and revealing he only had "days" left.
