Gareth Southgate thinks Phil Jones has suffered a toe injury
"We don't know [if it's serious] we didn't feel it was an injury that we could treat and have him ready for the game tomorrow," Southgate said.
"We've got to respectfully send him back to the club and we will know more once he has had a scan or an x-ray and we'll see where he's at."
"It was an innocuous tackle and he caught the bottom of somebody's foot so it's a possible injury to his toe.
"But as I say we will know more over the next 24/48 hours."
"Raheem's one we need to assess," Southgate added.
"He obviously had quite heavy week in terms of load with the game in Monaco and the game against Liverpool.
"I've got to balance what's right for tomorrow and what's right for Sunday as well so we will keep monitoring that
"We're in a position where we haven't been able to get all the player on the field until today and you've got to see how they come through training and who's ready for tomorrow
"It's a little bit late than we would have iced but that's the nature of the game."
