The controversial party's deputy leader also lauded Mrs May on yesterday's Brexit speech by tweeting 'bravo'.
Ms Le Pen, 48, today launched her new logo, a blue rose, as she declared that if she is voted in as French leader she will immediately call for a referendum to exit the EU.
The announcement came following a visit to New York last week where she had a coffee in Trump Tower.

She said: "We must make economic patriotism, we must make intelligent protectionism.
"Mr Trump is applying it in the United States, which Mrs May is in the process of applying".
In a similar style to US president-elect Donald Trump, she then referred to herself in the third person adding: "In reality, they are applying the program of Marine Le Pen.

"And it works very well since in a tweet Donald Trump managed to get more relocations back to the United States than Sarkozy and Holland did in their combined 10 years of mandate."
The party leader, who graduated as a lawyer from the prestigious Paris university Panthéon-Assas University, used to represent illegal immigrants pro bono.
And today made comments on the issue of immigration insisting France has to take control of its borders.

Ms Le Pen recently launched her 2017 calendar
She added: "Having borders is not erecting a wall of barbed wire. It is an act of sovereignty that 95 per cent of the countries of the world have ".
Ms Le Pen was visiting a window manufacturing company in Behren-les-Forbach, Moselle when she made the comments today.
She was accompanied by vice-president of the FN, Florian Philippot who tweeted his congratulations to Mrs May following her speech yesterday.
He wrote: "Kudos to T May who respects the people with a Brexit that's loud and clear.

"Soon we will have French independence!"
Last week Ms Le Pen sparked a media storm when she turned up at Trump Tower.
