Florian Thauvin to join Marseille permanently in the summer
Thauvin joined Newcastle in the summer of 2015 from Marseille for £15million but failed to hit the ground running in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old was sent back to Marseille the following January on loan – after just 16 appearances for the Magpies – and remained at the Ligue 1 club for current season.

And Thauvin has revealed his second loan deal at the Stade Velodrome included a clause that would see his move become permanent after just three games.
The midfielder has featured 35 times so far this season, scoring 10 goals and providing eight assists as Marseille sit fifth in Ligue 1.
"It was a loan with an automatic purchase," the France international told RMC Sport.
