Sam J. Jones and Lou Ferrigno are said to have 'come to blows' at London's Comic Con
Actors Sam J. Jones, 62 – who played Flash Gordon in the 1980 film – and Lou Ferrigno, 65 – who is known as the TV Hulk from the 70s – were signing autographs for fans when the situation apparently escalated.
People noticed the pair having a bit of a spat while event-goers queued to meet the duo; who are said to have charged £30 per autograph.
Fan Darryn Clements – who was dressed as El Diablo from Suicide Squad – even claims he had to step in to separate them, with him telling The Sun: “There was a large crowd around, so I told them to act like adults and grow up as they were supposed to be there for their fans.
“I don’t know if I was the real superhero because if there was a clash of the Titans I would have got squashed."

Darryn continued: “Flash Gordon was telling the Hulk to go home. Lou was just saying, ‘You’re winding me up’. There was a lot of finger-jabbing and it was getting pretty nasty.
“I went to speak to security, and said they are having an argument. They said to me, ‘Would you step in between Flash Gordon and the Incredible Hulk?’.
“I thought this has to be calmed down because if one hits the other it would be chaos — they are absolute monsters. I made them laugh and that seemed to calm everything down,” the man in question went on.

Sam insisted 'the row was actually between two other guys'
Despite Darryn’s account of the goings-on though, Sam and Lou – who seemed to be on good terms once again yesterday as they were back sitting next to one another – have since insisted that all was not as it seemed.
Lou’s minder said that the duo were just “having a conversation,” while Sam stated that the row was actually “between two other guys who wanted to fight each other”.
Although the photographs also seemingly show the pair mid-debate, Twitter user Debs Magee, who captured the moment, insisted that Flash Gordon was “getting some tips from the Hulk”.
Express.co.uk has contacted Lou’s spokesperson for further comments.
