A teacher nicknamed 'Randy Brandi' seduced a 16-year-old student
Brandi Vaughn romped with the boy, 16, twice after meeting up during the summer holidays.
The first time was in a park named after American frontiersman Daniel Boone, the second in her family home a month later.
The 25-year-old – nicknamed Randy Brandi after the scandal was exposed – seduced the student by sending him texts, a court heard.
She also messaged him through Facebook.
Vaughn, caught out after an anonymous tip to police, wept as a judge jailed her for a year.
She must also register as a sex offender for 20 years.

She was arrested in August 2015 under her married name Whitaker. Her husband stood by her as she faced a string of sex charges, including rape and assault.
But they have since divorced and she has reverted to using her maiden name.
Most of the charges were dropped in a plea deal at a hearing last November when she admitted using an electronic device to induce a child for sexual activities.
Vaughn, who taught at Madison Southern High School, Berea, Kentucky, faced up to five years behind bars.

But she could be eligible for parole after serving a only a fifth of her year-long sentence.
Vaughn's lawyer Michael Eubanks tried to get her probation because she had “nothing but remorse”.
But Madison Circuit Judge William Clouse said he had to send a message to the community – as well as her – that such behaviour was intolerable and would be punished.
He told Vaughn that he believed her education, which includes a Master's degree, would help her have a a successful life after leaving jail.
