I'm excited and nervous. It's my first final in England and I'm enjoying this. But also I have great concentration, because I'm here to win.
Antonio Conte said: "I think in this type of game, it's difficult to tell if there is a favourite. Arsenal will be motivated but we have worked very hard this week and also in the mentality that we must keep great concentration.
"It's very important to keep the right concentration because when you win the league in this way, it is possible you can become relaxed. But we have tried to work very well.
"I'm excited and nervous. It's my first final in England and I'm enjoying this. But also I have great concentration, because I'm here to win."
But Chelsea are backed as favourites to beat the Gunners today and add to their Premier League title with another trophy.

Arsenal have major injury concerns at the back while Conte has an almost fully-fit squad at his disposal.
