According to the Mail on Sunday, 34-year-old Jagielka could be offloaded in order to make room for Ivanovic.
Chelsea defender Ivanovic, 32, has dropped out of regular selection for the Blues since manager Antonio Conte moved to three at the back.
Ivanovic has started just once for Chelsea since September and could leave the club in this transfer window.
