Debbie (played by Charley Webb) made a dramatic return to the village pursued by gangsters she owed money to.
The two men came back and kidnapped Sarah and Jack, demanding Debbie return their cash.
At the end of the episode, the mother-of-two managed to return the funds and get her children back.
Back at the Dingle residence, Debbie was upset she had lost the €50,000 because she desperately needed it.
Debbie Dingle revealed her daughter Sarah's cancer has returned
Debbie had stolen money from gangsters for Sarah's treatment
She’s got cancer
Through tears, she told the family: “You said that I don’t need that money to survive and I don’t.
“But Sarah does. She needs treatment or she’s going to die. She’s got cancer.”
This is not the first time Sarah has been ill. In 2012, the daughter of Andy Sugden needed a bone marrow transplant after falling ill with a genetic condition called Fanconi anemia as well as leukemia.
Charity and the rest of the Dingle clan were devastated to hear the news
