EastEnders: Kierston Wareing left upset after reportedly being assaulted in a pub
The actress, who shot to fame as Kirsty Branning in the BBC soap, said she had been left with a fractured arm and in need of physiotherapy after the alleged incident in Essex.
The 39-year-old is believed to be set to make a statement to police about the assault, which was allegedly filmed by fellow drinkers.
Kierston commented: "I was dancing with my friends and I was pushed at force to the bottom of the stairs and onto the dance floor.
"Then the bouncers picked me up and threw me out. I was left outside for half an hour and some girl started filming me, she claimed she was helping."
