Two security guards said they found Jennifer Frechette, 44, with the the 15-year-old after hearing noises behind a clothing rack in the middle of the room.
They later found a bag of condoms nearby.
Frechette told the guards nothing happened on the bed of pillows and a quilt, court papers say.
She was married with a family and did not know what she was thinking.

The brunette reportedly told them the pupil was mature, "not a child" and had "sweet talked" her.
Both were fully clothed.

"It's out already, so why hide it?" he reportedly told investigators.
Checks on his mobile are said to have contained texts between him and Frechette mentioning oral sex, intercourse and her not being attracted to her husband any more.
Police said Frechette told them she and the teen had been trying on costumes for a play she was producing when the guards caught them together on January 5.
The makeshift bed was there for comfort to let them sit down and discuss the production and not sexual activity, she said.
